Component assembly for medical devices is carried out both within and outside of the cleanroom. Within the cleanroom we have a purpose-built medical device assembly area where high quality plastic injection moulded products for all kinds of applications can be assembled in full cleanroom conditions.

Our service also includes packaging. We can either design your packaging for you or work to your specifications. Components and assemblies can be packaged using our bagging machine or can be packed by hand.
